Building something worth passing down

New name, same trusted lot on Kingshighway. Here is who is behind it now.

Our Story

From building them to standing behind them

After 8 years in the Army as a drone pilot, Steve spent the next 15 years in construction, building houses, pole barns, tiny homes, and sheds. The same kinds of buildings he provides now.

He and his wife, Kari, have 7 kids and are building a legacy to pass down to the next generation. That means a reputation for trustworthiness and honesty. It means never pressuring a customer to buy before they are ready, and making sure every building is built to last.

When you call, you get someone who has actually swung the hammer, and who actually answers the phone.

What Actually Separates Shed Companies

Three questions worth asking anyone selling you a building

Most portable building companies start with similar materials. The difference comes down to three things.

1

Were cost-saving, quality-dropping choices made?

You see it when companies space studs every 2 feet instead of every 16 inches, or when the truss spacing does not line up with the studs below. Our buildings are framed 16" on center, period.

2

Do the builders actually care?

Even with the right rules and materials, a building can be poorly built without quality control in the shop and passion from the builders. We put a lot of thought into who builds for us. Details matter.

3

Is customer service still a priority?

Some companies get so large they forget the people who made them great: their customers. This is a major purchase for most people. You deserve to buy from someone who answers the phone and cares about you after the sale.

Come see us in person

The best way to know who you are buying from is to stop by. Walk the lot, look inside the buildings, and ask us anything.
