Delivery

We bring it to you and set it right the first time.

  • Free delivery within 50 miles of our lot on wood structured buildings
  • Metal buildings delivered and installed nearly nationwide; carports anywhere in the continental US
  • In-stock buildings typically delivered within 5 business days, weather permitting
  • The driver levels your building, checks every door and window, and hands you the key

The three questions everybody asks, answered straight.

Rent To Own

Available on all wood structured buildings, and open to just about anyone. If the monthly payment fits your budget, you can take a building home. Your first payment is not due until a month after delivery.

Delivery

Free within 50 miles on wood buildings. We deliver Monday through Friday and give you a day or two of notice with a time window. Payment on delivery is cash or check preferred; cards add a 3% processing charge.

Warranty

Wood buildings carry a limited lifetime structure warranty, a Lifetime Plus metal roof, and 50 year siding. Metal buildings carry the manufacturer's warranty. Ask us for the full written details on any building.

Before Delivery Day

Site prep, the 5-minute version

A little prep makes delivery smooth and keeps your building sitting level for decades. Unsure about your spot? Send us pictures and we will tell you exactly what it needs.

Wood structured buildings

  • A level, compacted gravel base is the gold standard; it prevents settling and keeps moisture and critters out from under your building
  • The site can be off level by up to 8"; we supply treated wood blocks and shims (we do not supply concrete blocks)
  • Have the recommended concrete blocks on site if your spot needs them: 4" solid blocks as the base, 8" cinder blocks only for added height on top
  • Clear the path: trim branches and remove stumps and obstacles before the truck arrives
  • Permits, covenant checks, and property line rules are the customer's responsibility; your local building inspector or HOA can tell you what applies

Metal structured buildings

  • The ground must be within 3" of level
  • No trees or power lines overhead of the install area
  • Installers need clear access to all sides of the site
  • Concrete pads and gravel bases both work; ask us what fits your building
